Frequently Asked Questions

There are 3 steps our team needs to go through in order to produce a high-quality case study for your business:

  1. Booking: Contact your client and book a video interview
  2. Research: Record the client interview and get your input on how you helped solve the client's challenge.
  3. Write


Steps 1 and 2 will depend on when the client is available, and how quickly receive your input. This can be anything from a week to several weeks.

Once we complete steps 1 & 2, step 3 is the writing phase.

It typically takes our team 10 business days to write and draft a written case study that is ready for your review and feedback.

We'll deliver a draft via Google Doc direct to your inbox so you can edit and add comments directly.

Provided there are no delays in responses from you regarding feedback and updates required, the final draft is usually complete a few days later.

Note: For client/expert case studies that require us emailing your clients/guests to get their stories then we aim for 14 business days. This will depend on how long it takes for us to get a response from your guest.

This will depend upon your goals and requirements. We offer ongoing monthly packages for the best results, and can handle ad hoc job requests.

Yes, but only for people you already have established rapport and trust with. A warm email introduction from you will make it easier for us to engage with the subject of the case study, and it removes time wasted trying to connect to cold leads (we are not a lead generation service).

We do not search for influencers and reach out to them on your behalf. We suggest hiring a VA to do that. We recommend The Virtual Hub if you're considering a VA.

Your monthly fee for Standard or Plus package includes: written case study presented in a Google doc.

If you require additional case studies or formats (we can turn your written case study into branded PDF, powerpoint, or social images that can be used throughout different parts of your sales process) this will incur additional fees. Please ask us first before you place such an order.

If you need help coming up with a marketing & content strategy we suggest you book a 2-hour marketing blastoff session first. That way we can get clear on how content can actually help you meet your business goals, and then produce the right content for your business.

Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription. Please note that this policy also applies to the yearly plan.

Please email at hello@simplecreativemarketing.com and we’ll take care of you. We ask that you do so at least 14 days before the start of the next month so that you won’t be automatically billed again.
